The Bentleyville “Tour of Lights” started this weekend at Duluth Bayfront Park and will through January 2nd. It is a wonderful project started by Nathan Bentley and operated by hundreds of volunteers. It is expected to entertain more than 250,000 visitors during its month long operation.
