Lift Bridge Twilight
A few weeks ago, a strong storm pushed up piles of ice along the Park Point Beach. These 20 foot piles of ice provide a perfect place to photography the bridge from a different perspective.

Bridge Lights Outage Update!
There have been some questions as to why the bridge lights have been off the past couple night.
Ryan Beamer, the Bridge Supervisor, indicated that they are switching out the photo cells that automatically turned on/off the lights. The new controls will be activated by astrological clock timers. This should be more accurate and not susceptible to weather.
The lights should be back on tonight!

February Full Moon
It's always enjoyable to photograph various scenes around the Duluth Harbor and a full moon rise is a special treat.
It's hard to believe that the big boats will be back in about six weeks, I'm looking forward to it.
I hope you enjoy this moon rise as much as I did.
