The Harbor Cam and GLA cam will be viewing Bayfront Park for the weekend to watch the Balloon Festival. The rest of the cameras will be watching boat traffic as usual.
There was no boat traffic yesterday, however, it should be busy today.
With the Duluth Balloon Festival starting tomorrow, 12 hot air balloons will be taking center stage at Bayfront Park. Last evening, although the weather wasn't good for the balloons, a couple of the balloonist did show us some of the rather impressive blow torches use to create the lift for the balloons.
